Remedial massage

If you have aches, pains, tensions or discomfort and need working on more specific area, this is for you!

A firm massage style that helps relieve specific musculoskeletal problems related to injuries, chronic muscle tension, or painful muscle spasms, long term stress and inappropriate posture.

Plus....*Japanese Osteopathic approach(Ken Yamamoto Technique, etc...)
There are so many great Japanese osteopathic practitioners in Japan. Their pain approach is different to here in Australia. As I feel limited to treat only by remedial massage approach I combine with these great mentor's techniques. Their concept about pain causes by wrong positions with joints and bones by tight muscles, so it needs to bring back the body in anatomical good position. These techniques are some similar to Shiatsu techniques with stretching and mobilizations, it can be deep pressure to release these tight muscles.

Myofascial Release and Myofascial cupping technque

It's a very effective technique to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Myofascial release is manual soft tissue manupulation technique for stretching the fascia. Fascia is located between the skin and the underlying structure of muscle and bone, it is a seamless web of connective tissue that covers and connects the muscles, organs, and skeletal structures in our body. Injuries, stress, trauma, and poor posture can cause restriction to fascia, and the goal of myofascial release is to unlock fascia restriction and restore its balance.

Myofascial cupping technique is unique in that it 'lifts ans separates' soft tissue, known as negative or tensional pressure. This in turn can increase nutrient-rich blood supply to the tissue, while giving a gentle passive strech to the underlying soft tissue.

Aromatherapy Massage

When it comes to the true therapeutic aromatherapy, quality does matter.

The inhaled aroma from essential oil which extract from plants is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be adsorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

It is used for a variety of applications, including pain relief, mood enhancement and increased cognitive function.

Aromatherapy massage is using essential oils individually blended to your needs, are applied to your body and face by a sequence of massage techniques. Nurturing and deeply relaxing, the combination of therapeutic touch and aromas can be powerfully effective to enhance psycological and physical well-being.

Asako uses the high quality standards of therapeutic essential oil products Essential Therapeutics which has developed the Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil Guarantee(T.G.E.O).

The T.G.E.O Guarantee means:

  • 100% Pure No additions or blending
  • 100% Natural No adulteration, No synthetic

Shiatsu Massage

Healing through touch by oriental concept of energy

Literally means finger pressure. Its originally coming from Japan an focuses on specific pressure points, meridians (energy channels throughout body) and using some streching to encourage your bodys meridians to flow more freely. Helps release energy blocks, enabling your body to heal itself naturally and for wellbeing.

Energy Healing

Reiki

It's subtle energy healing but you can feel deeply relaxing.

Usui Reiki is traditional Reiki healing system. Karuna Reiki has developed by a Reiki master through channeling. It's more powerful healing energy and goes in to much deeper level. Asako combines these two Reiki together to enhance more healing.
